By accessing this website or booking our rental properties, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

Short-Term Rental Property Terms and Conditions:

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 11AM, and check-out is at 4PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and is subject to availability.

Occupancy: The property is to be occupied only by the agreed-upon number of guests specified in the booking. Additional guests and visitors require prior approval and may incur extra charges.

Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear. The property owner and property manager shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings.

Noise and Disturbance: Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Smoking/No Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. All pets must be listed on the booking and pet fees must be paid.

Housekeeping: The property will be clean and prepared for your arrival. Bookings of over 28 days are subject to monthly inspection.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms are outlined in the booking confirmation. Please refer to this for details on refunds and cancellation fees.

Insurance: It is recommended that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their stay, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or property damage.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state the property is located in, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
